Trapeze & Straps | Int/Adv This workshop teaches safe spotting techniques for momentum-based skills, including circles (hip circles, elbow mills, rotations), C-shaping, and understanding direction and timing when assisting students. We will also cover spotting for strength skills such as meathooks, flags, planks, and other foundational strength movements. This workshop applies to bar and vertical apparatus, as well as straps.
