Students will explore a variety of safe and efficient entries into Crossback Straddle while gaining a deeper understanding of alignment, body positioning, and movement mechanics. Participants will learn beginner-friendly and advanced entry pathways, troubleshoot common challenges, and discover creative transitions that can be built from this foundational position.
