Foundational C-Shaping Drills – Liza Rose
August 22 @ 10:30 am – 11:45 am

Int/Adv Understanding C-shaping starts with learning the foundational technique on the ground, working with our approach to hollow, arch, and ipsilateral movement patterns. These can be different from body to body, and here we take a biomechanical approach, learning how to assess each person’s access to certain ranges of motion and explore how body proportions influence how a c-shape is accomplished. C-shapes cannot be rushed or “cheated”, but they can be adapted to work for different bodies.
