Trapeze | Int In this workshop we will build on the basics of aerial arts with specifics to trapeze technique and mechanics. Learn how to dance under the bar, in and out of the trapeze, and intro elements on the ropes. We will work on skills that come from knee hangs, front balance, back balance, and simple wraps on the ropes.
